Our World Menopause Day celebration at Arun Hospital was filled with positivity, energy and enthusiasm as members of the Midlife Health Clinic came together to celebrate health and happiness during midlife.
🪔 A Traditional Beginning The celebration began with the auspicious inauguration of the Kuthu Vilakku by members of the Midlife Health Clinic.
🎤 Understanding Chronic Pain in Midlife Dr. S. Bala abirami, Managing Director, Arun Hospital, delivered an informative talk on chronic pain in midlife, highlighting its causes, management and the importance of seeking timely medical advice.

🎯 Games, Prizes & Plenty of Fun! The learning continued with fun-filled games for the participants, followed by prize distribution, bringing smiles and excitement to everyone.
💃 Dancing Our Way to Happiness! The celebration reached a joyful high as our midlife group danced enthusiastically to the tunes of many favourite songs, proving that age is no barrier to energy, friendship and fun!
🎁 The memorable day concluded with the distribution of sweets and take-home gifts, followed by the National Anthem.
